• Advice about CAO Form, DARE, Leaving Certificate Subjects and Planning for Transition
• Guidance on sourcing information and how to manage it
• Goal setting, Assessment of Interest, Ability and Personality using appropriate Assessments (On-line)
• Evaluation of Learning Experiences and Exploration of Motivators and Interests
• Motivation as goals are set and plans made
• Final Report
