If you call us with a query, we do not audio record telephone calls. We do keep an encrypted soft copy log of key query information (name, email address, query category and query summary (anonymous)) but the name and email identifiers are removed as soon as the query status has been marked complete. Please note that a query’s status is only moved to complete upon final correspondence regarding the matter.  In some cases handwritten notes about a query are taken during phone calls. All notebooks are kept in a locked cabinet when not in use and are destroyed on a yearly basis.

Please be aware that it is the sender’s responsibility to ensure that the content of their emails is within the bounds of the law. Unsolicited material of a criminal nature will be reported to the relevant authorities and blocked.
