This Career Guidance process is designed to be a personable, positive and flexible experience that will make planning transitions easier.

I will ask the client complete a simple form to begin the process.

The process consists of 4 steps – 

Step 1 – Preparing and knowing what to expect

Step 2 – Learning + Career History

Step 3 –  Psychometric Testing (up to 5 short tests)

Step 4 – A virtual Zoom meeting exploring and explaining all results and setting a clear plan. Parents and/or supporters are more than welcome to join for feedback.

Comprehensive reports will be shared after everything is complete.
